Privacy Policy

1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is scAIfe SA, located at Scalabrini Ortiz 1126, 6th floor, apt. 18, ZIP 1414, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina.

2. Data we collect
We collect the following data:
- Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), message and the page of the site from which you submit the form.
- Technical browsing data (for example, pages viewed, device, browser and source of the visit): only if you accept measurement and advertising cookies.
We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include any in your message.
3. Purpose
- To answer your inquiries and hold a first commercial conversation.
- To measure the use of the site and the effectiveness of our advertising, only with your consent.
4. Legal basis
We process your data with your consent (by accepting this policy in the form and by accepting cookies) and, to handle your inquiry, on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to you. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Providers that access the data
To operate the site and handle your inquiry, these providers access the data:
- Microsoft Azure: site hosting.
- EmailJS: delivery of the contact form.
- Microsoft Outlook: receipt of the message in our mailbox.
If you accept measurement and advertising cookies, Google and Meta also receive technical browsing data (see section 6).
These providers may process data outside Argentina, so your data may be subject to international transfers.
6. Cookies
We use these categories:
- Necessary: they store your language and your cookie choice in your browser storage. They do not require consent.
- Measurement and advertising: Google (Google tag, for measurement and campaigns) and Meta (Meta Pixel, to measure conversions and advertising). They load only if you accept them.
You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie preferences” in the footer. If you reject or withdraw consent, we stop sending events to Google and Meta. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings.
7. Retention
We keep the form data for 24 months from the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it for longer.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent by writing to privacidad@scaife.com.ar.
If you are in the European Union, you also have the rights recognized by the General Data Protection Regulation, and you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country, such as the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) in Spain or the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD) in Portugal.
The data subject may exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as provided in Article 14, paragraph 3 of Argentine Law 25,326.
The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory body of Law 25,326, has the authority to handle complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules on personal data protection.
9. Minors
This site is not directed at minors.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will publish the current version on this page, with its date of last update.
